What are your return/exchange policy?
We at Woof Pack would love nothing but making your furbaby happy. If there's a product you aren't satisfied with, or have had a change of mind, please reach to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days upon receiving your order and we're happy to help you out.
We can take any products back as along as it is new in condition or unused, sealed and tags attached, or in its original packaging; whichever is applicable within 14 days of receipt and you'll only have to cover the cost of postage to send it back and a restocking fee of $15.00.
If you have received your order with a damaged item, partly missing, or incorrectly supplied (either by size or colour), please contact us immediately via email and attach any necessary photo and we'll arrange a replacement for you. If you have incorrectly received an item, a Return Label will be issued and a replacement will be sent as soon as the item is received at our warehouse. This is just to make sure our inventory is kept up to date.
