Shipping policy

Orders are processed between 2-3 business days.  

We use Australia Post in shipping out orders for domestic and international orders.  

Tracking details are supplied in your purchase confirmation email.  If in any event, you didn't receive your order, please notify us and Australia Post to assess the next steps.  If there was an item missing from your order and you can tell from the packaging that it's been repackaged, please take a photo and notify both Woof Pack Online via email:  bark@woofpackonline.com.au and Australia Post; depending on the circumstances, Australia Post could issue a reimbursement.  

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel the order, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they've already been dispatched.  Customers will have to wait for their parcel to arrive to arrange a return.  Postage fee will be at the customer's expense and a restocking fee of $15.00 will apply.  (Please see our Refunds, Returns and Exchange Policy).
