Refund policy
Woof Pack Return, Exchange, Refund & Replacement Policy:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or have had a change of mind, please contact us at bark@woofpackonline.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll be glad to assist you.
To be eligible for a return or exchange due to a change of mind, the product must be new, unused, with seals and tags attached, or in its original packaging, and sent back within 14 days of receipt. The return postage fee will be at the customer's expense and a restocking fee of $15.00 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
For damaged, partly missing, or incorrectly supplied items, please email us immediately with the necessary photos, and we'll arrange a replacement for you. If you've received an incorrect item, a Return Label will be issued, and a replacement will be sent once the item is back at our warehouse. Please contact us before returning anything to coordinate the process and ensure our inventory is up to date.
Refunds or exchanges will be arranged once the returned item is received at our warehouse.
If a return is unable to be accepted due to its condition (soiled, pet hair etc), or if the customer does not want it returned, only a 50% partial refund will be issued.
Limitations
- Refunds and or replacements are not offered on products that show normal wear and tear.
- Refunds and or replacements are not offered on products that were used beyond what they're intended for. For example, items designed for mental stimulation are not intended to serve as chew toys and will not be replaced if damaged in this manner.
